Hapkido is a Korean martial art practiced the world over.  Characterized by joint locks, throws and dynamic kicking techniques, it is unique among Korean martial arts in its emphasis on deflecting an opponent's attacks instead of forceful blocking.


Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and arguably the most popular martial art in the United States.  It emphasizes kicking as the leg is the longest and strongest tool the martial artist has readily available.  Speed, endurance, grace, and flexibility are all of supreme benefit to a Taekwondo artist.


TINY EAGLES   3~6 years old

 Students will develop coordination and listening skills while learning the most basic techniques and lessons. Lessons are structured to keep the children's attention through high energy and fun training that is also balanced with skills training. Classes will cover basic No Contact kicking, striking and blocking techniques, forms, board breaking, warmups and stretching.

Children are our future.  It is our responsibility to guide them so that they can achieve their goals.”The Children’s class is focused on education and character development.  The traditional elements of Taekwondo create an environment for discipline and respect.  Self defense and board breaking skills develop self confidence and self respect.  Belt promotion exams encourage goal setting and achievement.  All of these aspects together encourage our children to keep healthy habits of the mind and body in the future
